Overall, if you’re just reading it for the enemies to lovers vibe and the spice and don’t mind that there is really no plot, the writing isn’t great and there is no context or depth to the characters, then this is your book. For example, I don't think there was ever a mention of anyone's age (if there was I wasn't paying attention) There were so many opportunities for this to be a great book but, it just fell flat. Another reason I gave 3 rather than 4 stars is the ridiculous amount of roles on government and important organisations Cade is supposed to have.
